Finance Manager(과차장급)

Oversee the local monthly closing process, including ensuring that all accounts are understood and reconciled, and preparing/reviewing/posting journal entries into accounting software
Prepare financial report to be sent to headquarters monthly
Manage accounts payable and expense reimbursement processes
Prepare sales reconciliation to credit card processing statements monthly
Oversee the process of paying weekly commissions to distributors
Assist and manage the implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of Company policies, procedures, and internal controls
Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts
Manage statutory tax returns and filings and oversee local financial audits, if necessary
Manage various projects including budgeting, inventory counts and others as assigned by headquarters or local general manager
Manage local accounting and finance staff
자격요건
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field
(Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance
Experience in local tax returns and filing requirements
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP
Managerial experience preferred
Previous international and/or network marketing experience a plus (외국계기업 경력자)
Experience with Douzone Accounting Software a plus(더존경력자)
Strong written and oral English communication skills (영어 원활한분)
